The hotel's location is superb, being in the heart of Madrid and just a short walk from major attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay quite pleasant.

The room I stayed in was tiny and of a lower standard than expected. It was located right across from the check-in counter, which felt a bit awkward. Additionally, there was no minibar available.

The staff, including Santo Domingo, Jeanette, Juan, and the rest of the team, were always available and extremely friendly. Their service was top-notch, making my stay much more enjoyable.

The hotel's location couldn't be better in Madrid. It is centrally situated, just a 5-minute walk to the Gran Via and Callao metro station, with easy access to all the city's popular sites.

I opted to eat at a nearby cafe since the hotel's dining options were limited. However, the surrounding area offers plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, providing good alternatives.
